What packaging is right for you?

If you're a small business, how do you make the right choices with packaging?
And how can you get the most out of your budget?
In this blog, we will talk about a few ways in which you can make the right decisions when it comes to
choosing and branding your packaging.

We have put together a quote form in which you can create your own printing quote quickly and easily.
By doing this you can play around with the quantities, box types and print block costs until
you create your perfect quote. Not only does this save you time contacting us for multiple quotes, but it allows you to
understand the printing methods and the difference in the costs.

Tip 1

Small Businesses
Think carefully about what you need your boxes for.
If you are a small business jeweller and you need to package earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets,
perhaps try starting with 2 size boxes to fit everything, rather than 4. Initially, this will keep costs down and you
can order double the amount of two boxes, rather than just a few of 4 sizes, which means you are more likely to
be eligible for bulk discounts.

Larger Businesses
The opposite is to be said for larger businesses with a larger budget. For a really professional retail finish,
utilise our full collections to enhance a full product range. If you have the budget to order 100+ of each
size, you will benefit from bulk discounts.

Tip 2

Small Businesses
When it comes to branding, we have a one-off block cost per size of logo you have. In the same way as the
box sizes, starting with one size logo fits all is initially going to be much more cost effective. You may think a larger
logo looks better on a larger box, however starting with a logo to fit your smallest box and then placing it well
on larger boxes can also look really great. Placing it in the bottom hand corner of a box can make it sit much nicer
than looking too small in the centre of the box.

Larger Business
Once again, for larger businesses with a larger budget, you have the opportunity to be creative. Produce different
print blocks for different campaigns. Personalise loyal customer's orders by getting a print block of their names,
get creative and use our printing services to your customer's advantage.

Tip 3

Small Businesses
Extras. When looking for extras to jazz up your packaging, stick to simplicity. We provide ribbon, tissue paper and
other packaging items. Choose a tissue paper and ribbon to match your branding colours and use this
consistently throughout your packaging. Once again, this keeps costs down and allows your customers
to easily recognise you as a brand.

Larger Businesses
We provide printed ribbon to really enhance your brand. By buying in bulk you will save money and create a
professional experience for your customers. Not only that but using tissue paper, branded boxes and branded
ribbon you will create a sense of familiarity for your customers and provide a high-end finish.
You can use one colour scheme for consistent all year round packaging, and change it up for seasonal or
important campaigns. Once you have purchased a logo for ribbon, you can change up the colours without paying
for an additional block.
