Job Role:
Answering the phone – general enquiries, complaints, re-directing, track and trace
Customer query and order emails.
Samples – organising samples being sent out, following them up after for feedback
Processing refunds
General admin
 
Able to – prioritise, multitask, pay attention, well mannered, work as a team player and assist colleagues when needed.
