Experienced Administrator
The Tiny Box Company are a fast growing small business and as a result of growth a new opportunity has opened up in our Print Department.
The opportunity entails working alongside the Print Manager, entering sales orders, scheduling print work, dealing with customer queries, by telephone and email, raising quotes, sending printed samples to customers, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Because of the nature of our Print Department, a high level of detail is required and therefore experience in a similar administrative position is essential.  The ideal candidate will be extremely computer literate, thoroughly familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook and experience of Sage Line 50 would also be very advantageous.  Most importantly, an ability to cope with a high volume of work and remain calm at all times is required as customers can be very demanding!
This is a part time position, and we are in the process of relocating to Sheffield Park, so own transport is essential.
Salary according to age and experience.
