Cleaner – Part Time

We at Tiny Box Company specialise in recycled and eco-friendly gift packaging and we offer a huge range of affordable and stylish gift packaging and accessories. We believe that luxury and beauty need not be compromised when making ethical packaging choices.

We are currently looking for a Part Time Cleaner.  Hours can be flexible to suit, subject to agreement.

Duties will include general commercial cleaning duties across two sites, located opposite each other, such as cleaning offices, meetings rooms, kitchen areas, corridors and toilets.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude who takes pride in their work and can work on their own initiative.

Previous cleaning experience required, preferably from a commercial environment.

Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to plan and execute activity for our bespoke box-making factory, Tiny Box Maker.

About the role:

The role will be based in the Head Office at Sheffield Park, East Sussex on a two-day week, flexible hours basis. Responsibilities will include creating written and photographic content, managing the website, running social channels and developing PR relationships with trade publications.

About you:

You must have excellent inter-personal and organisational skills as you will be liaising with Tiny Box Maker from a distance.

Skills / Qualifications required:

You will be experienced at copy writing with basic SEO knowledge for including keywords and planning, creating strong visual content using our in-house photo studio and basic knowledge of Adobe software Photoshop & Illustrator (if needed), managing social channels and evaluating activity. You will be required to make a trip to Tiny Box Maker in Cornwall once every 2/3 months.

Marketing and PR Executive

We are currently looking for a Marketing and PR Executive.

 Main Purpose of Role:

Working with the Marketing Manager to achieve our content strategy, to bring creativity and

enthusiasm to the team and share ideas for campaigns going forward.

 

Duties will include;

  • Managing our blog and social media channels including Facebook, Instagram,
  • Twitter, Pinterest, Google Business and YouTube;
    • Planning and generating content
    • Scheduling and posting
    • Manging stories and keeping customers up to date with current events internal & external.
    • Customer communication
    • Communicating with other departments and external agencies
    • Using Mailchimp to produce newsletters
    • Using Photoshop to add text or crop images
    • Manage the products on the website using Magento & Brightpearl to add/edit new and existing products along with changes as products evolve.
    • Assisting with SEO changes
    • Keyword research
    • Respond to Trustpilot, Google and social reviews.
    • Approve & Reject product reviews
    • Liaise with SEO team to identify PR opportunities and write engaging press releases and other media content.
    • Research relevant awards, submit entries and associated press activity.
  • Monthly reporting using Google Analytics, Social platforms (Paid & Organic) and use data to make adjustments to current marketing strategies.
  • Creatively assist our Graphic Design department with photoshoots for campaigns/catalogue/newsletters etc.
  • Use product knowledge and creative skills to provide useful and decorative content appropriate for different audiences.
  • Give ideas and input into campaigns and brainstorming sessions.

 

About you

We’d like an established Marketing and PR professional with some creativity,

loads of ideas and who is able to communicate with other departments and external stakeholders.

The team is small but busy and you should feel comfortable working autonomously and

making creative decisions. With confidence and initiative, there will be scope to

make this role your own and really make your mark within the Company. 

We are proud of our marketing content, which is on trend and targets an audience with a typical age range of 25 to 34, so you should be comfortable keeping abreast of what is new in fashion and design. Your attention to detail should be impeccable and you should be comfortable with producing and using large amounts of data where a high level of accuracy is essential.

 

Skills / Qualifications required

  • Good experience in a marketing and PR role or a role in which marketing and PR was a key part of the role.
  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics and an understanding of marketing metrics.
  • Experience in dealing with newspapers, magazines, bloggers and influencers.
  • Great copywriting skills and experience in producing content for social channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, blog and other appropriate channels.
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience of using an email programme, e.g., Mailchimp, Silverpop, Dot Mailer.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, especially digital.
  • Photoshop skills and ability to work with a good camera.

Warehouse Operative

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to support the team.

Duties will include:

  • Picking, checking and packing all online and office orders.
  • Restocking shelves when stock is low.
  • Counting damaged boxes and reporting to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Keeping packing area tidy for a safe working environment.
  • Tidying warehouse on a weekly basis.
  • Carrying out weekly stock counts.
  • Any other reasonable request as directed by the senior team.
