Senior Marketing Executive

The Tiny Box Company has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to further their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

You will work closely with the marketing team to assist with the day-to-day operations within the department, creating marketing material and enhancing the effectiveness of strategies. This exciting position offers opportunity to develop your skillset and be part of a fast-growing organisation.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Create content and copy across the companies.
  • Track and evaluate content for monthly report and make changes to content as needed.
  • Create blog and newsletter content for external purposes.
  • Create/write product categories and descriptions ready for upload.
  • Improve and optimize our SEO performance with our agency by copy writing using surfer.
  • Undertake keyword research for writing website content.
  • Collaborate on content and planning calendars.
  • Manage and collaborate new product campaigns and ongoing brand awareness campaigns and assist team members where necessary.
  • Respond to all company and product reviews on Trustpilot and Google.
  • Overlooking and managing the day to day running of department heads and ensuring everything is on track.
  • Reporting plans and reports to manager.
  • Working alongside the head of social media and graphics to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure all content posted follows brand guidelines and latest strategy.
  • Assist with on page website activity to keep the website fresh and active, working with website assistant.

About you:

The successful candidate will have experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and extensive experience in a marketing role. The candidate will have high levels of creativity, be organised, Mac and Windows literate and an excellent team player with immediate team or as part of a cross functional team, as applicable.

Location

Located in the beautiful countryside next to the Bluebell Railway and close to the National Trusts’ Sheffield Park Gardens, your own means of transport is essential.

Warehouse Shift Operative (Christmas Cover)

The Tiny Box Company has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to start their career in warehousing and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

You will work closely with the warehouse team to assist with picking and packaging customer orders. This exciting position offers opportunity to develop your skillset and be part of a fast-growing organisation. This position is on a fixed term contract till 17th December 2021 with potential to permanent.

You will be working a 3 day on, 3 day off shift pattern. There will be two separate teams covering 7 days a week, including most bank holidays.  Currently, the business will continue to remain closed on Easter Monday, Christmas, Boxing and New Years’ Day. 

Each daily shift will be 7:00am-7:00pm. Your working week will be an average of 40.25 hours per week. 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Picking, checking and packing all online and office orders.
  • Restocking shelves when stock is low.
  • Counting damaged boxes and reporting to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Keeping packing area tidy for a safe working environment.
  • Tidying warehouse on a weekly basis.
  • Carrying out weekly stock counts.
  • Any other reasonable request as directed by the senior team.

About you:

The successful candidate will be a team player, have good time management and accuracy and attention to detail is a must. They must have the ability to prioritise and comfortably lift boxes up to 20kg in weight. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable.

Warehouse Operative (Christmas Cover)

The Tiny Box Company has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking for temporary work in warehousing and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

You will work closely with the warehouse team to assist with picking and packaging customer orders. This exciting position offers opportunity to develop your skillset and be part of a fast-growing organisation. This position is on a fixed term contract till 17th December 2021 but does have the potential to become permanent.

This position is required as a result of a temporary increase during our peak Christmas trading period. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm for 40 hours a week.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Picking, checking and packing all online and office orders.

Cleaner – Part Time, 25h a week, Fixed Term

We at Tiny Box Company specialise in recycled and eco-friendly gift packaging and we offer a huge range of affordable and stylish gift packaging and accessories. We believe that luxury and beauty need not be compromised when making ethical packaging choices.

We are currently looking for a part time experienced commercial Cleaner to clean across two sites, located opposite each other, covering five hours a day Monday to Friday.  Start and finish times can be flexible and negotiable.

Duties will include thorough cleaning of kitchen areas, toilets and bathrooms, offices, meeting rooms and corridors as well as floors and windows in the buildings, including all touch points.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude who takes pride in their work and can work on their own initiative. A high standard of cleanliness is required. 

All cleaning materials will be provided.

The successful candidate will have previous cleaning experience, preferably from a commercial environment; possess good physical dexterity; have the ability to work independently as well as the ability to manage their time according to the required schedule of work.

Hourly rate will be £9.50 per hour.
