Marketing Executive

In 2016 Tiny Box Company bought a factory in Cornwall. The factory, Tiny Box Maker Limited, specialises in making high-end presentation boxes and bespoke gift boxes. Tiny Box Maker is one of only ten rigid box making factories left in the UK.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive.

Duties will include:

  • To manage and execute social media and content, as well as messages sent to the platforms
  • Work within marketing team to organise and execute content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Pro-actively work with the team to come up with campaigns alongside the timeline and the bigger picture.
  • Create content for blogs, newsletters and social media posts
  • Create relevant video content to accurately reflect company brand
  • Manage the Indiki designers, ensure we have all relevant information from them to organise new designs and deadlines
  • Input new Indiki designs/products on Magento (CMS) & BrightPearl (ERP) in time for scheduled launches and campaigns
  • Write SEO optimised copy for new products and landing pages where necessary, work alongside the timeline and our agency to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track and evaluate content to produce a monthly report and make changes to content as needed
  • Monthly reports to be completed by the first half of the first week each month for the previous month.
  • Ensure to contact the Marketplace sellers at least once per quarter to manage and keep updated for upcoming campaigns
  • Manage new product campaigns and ongoing brand awareness campaigns and assist team members where necessary

Previous experience in a marketing role is essential. It is desirable to have experience in the e-commerce industry with exposure to Magento and/or Brightpearl.

Cleaner – Part Time, 25h a week, Fixed Term

We at Tiny Box Company specialise in recycled and eco-friendly gift packaging and we offer a huge range of affordable and stylish gift packaging and accessories. We believe that luxury and beauty need not be compromised when making ethical packaging choices.

We are currently looking for a part time experienced commercial Cleaner to clean across two sites, located opposite each other, covering five hours a day Monday to Friday.  Start and finish times can be flexible and negotiable.

Duties will include thorough cleaning of kitchen areas, toilets and bathrooms, offices, meeting rooms and corridors as well as floors and windows in the buildings, including all touch points.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude who takes pride in their work and can work on their own initiative. A high standard of cleanliness is required. 

All cleaning materials will be provided.

The successful candidate will have previous cleaning experience, preferably from a commercial environment; possess good physical dexterity; have the ability to work independently as well as the ability to manage their time according to the required schedule of work.

Hourly rate will be £9.50 per hour.

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact on the behalf of the MD, managing email and telephone communications.
  • Project support for the MD and wider team.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with different teams within the company to identify, review and solve problems.
  • Using various software, including the full Microsoft office suite, databases, and presentation software.
  • Taking the lead on strategic initiatives important for company culture and company success.
  • Working on multiple projects that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions.
  • Working with the MD to ensure the organisation are achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to effective business management, strategizing and sharing ideas.
  • Assist with a variety of office projects and processes.
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments.
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting a variety of situations.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines and assisting them.

Business Development Manager

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, well organised self-starter to join us as a Business Development Manager in a role that wears two hats.

Taking direction from the MD and Marketing Manager, this role will take the lead in building the seller base on Tinymarket Place Ltd, a wholly owned company of Tiny Box Company Ltd, providing excellent seller relationship management and identifying new sellers to showcase their items on the platform. You will provide excellent customer service in response to all seller enquiries, supporting existing sellers with their needs and provide a specific focus on engaging and qualifying prospective sellers for the platform.  This role is one of the first touch points for prospective sellers and is the opportunity to set the tone for the full seller lifecycle.

The second hat that our Business Development Manager will wear is to support the growth of Indiki, another wholly owned company of Tiny Box Company.  Working closely with the MD and Marketing team to support the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans, you will be involved in developing new products and marketing communications across digital channels, that will reach your target audience, driving engagement, brand awareness and use.

Warehouse Shift Operative

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Shift Operative to support the team on a fixed term contract with potential to permanent.

You will be working a 3 day on, 3 day off shift pattern. There will be two separate teams covering 7 days a week, including most bank holidays.  Currently, the business will continue to remain closed on Easter Monday, Christmas, Boxing and New Years’ Day. 

Each daily shift will be 7:00am-7:00pm. Your working week will be an average of 40.25 hours per week.

Duties will include:

  • Picking, checking and packing all online and office orders.
  • Restocking shelves when stock is low.
  • Counting damaged boxes and reporting to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Keeping packing area tidy for a safe working environment.
  • Tidying warehouse on a weekly basis.
  • Carrying out weekly stock counts.
  • Any other reasonable request as directed by the senior team.
