Pricing Tiny Box Company Limited generally only sells to trade and therefore all our prices are net and exclude VAT. VAT at a rate of 20% will be added at checkout stage.
Delivery Options -
Next Working Day - We have introduced a Next Working Day courier service. In order to receive this service, all orders will need to be placed before 1pm the working day before (excludes orders placed on weekends and bank holidays).
Should you place your order after 1pm, it will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
If there is any issues with your order resulting in us being unable to dispatch for Next Working Day you will be informed by telephone in the first instance and then by email if we are unable to reach you or leave a message. Please note that during busy periods, like Christmas there could be a delay in our courier delivering. If your order does not reach you on a next working day we will refund the difference between the next day and the standard courier.
Unfortunately the Next Working Day service is not applicable to Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands and other remote parts of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you need any further information.

Standard Courier Service – 2-5 Working Days.
Please note; During the busy Christmas period (Start of November to the end of December), we will try our very best to get your orders to you however we are unable to guarantee next day delivery on orders or samples.
Tiny Box Company will endeavor to dispatch goods that are in stock as soon as possible, however if you are in a rush to receive your order please do not hesitate to give us a call or simply select Next Day Delivery at checkout before 1pm.
If you are to choose the courier option for delivery please do ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. Should you need to leave any delivery instructions please do so at the checkout process in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field.
The courier company will attempt delivery twice and Royal Mail will leave a card, before returning the goods to us, there will then be an additional charge to resend the items or we will refund the cost of the goods only. Our courier company is unable to deliver to BFPO addresses. When ordering, please ensure you put a company name where applicable. The courier company goes on company names more than building numbers, especially if you are located in a building with lots of companies.
Where items are sent by Tracked courier these are sent by courier service and we are given a tracking number. Whilst every step is taken both by us and our courier service to ensure express delivery, this service is not guaranteed. Tiny Box Company Limited cannot be held liable for any consequential losses incurred, where deliveries are delayed or the incorrect items are sent.
Delivery charges are calculates as follows for UK Mainland (excludes Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Islands and Highlands) Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Islands and Highlands carry a surcharge on the courier service.
Overseas orders are dispatched via Fed-Ex or Interlink and can take between 2 and 7 days depending on your location. If your country is not on the dropdown menu at check out, please email your order to us at email@example.com we will then come back to you with a postal cost as soon as possible. Once an order has been made with the Tiny Box Company, no changes can be made after 3pm.
Royal Mail – 3-10 working days
Carriage through the website is available for the UK mainland and most Overseas countries. Overseas orders please email us for a quote if your country is not in the drop down list. Please include a full list of what you would like to order as well as the full delivery address, we require all of this to be able to provide a price.

We are happy to send out one free sample per customer, for any additional boxes these are charged at the single box rate plus postage. The free samples exclude the luxury box range, (these have to be paid for, you can do this by placing one in your basket as we do not have a minimum order for plain boxes). For samples of tissue paper and ribbon, these are sent out as small swatches and can be ordered by emailing email@example.com All free samples are sent via 2nd class post and dispatched weekly on Fridays. Should you require the free sample to go out on the day of ordering then a charge of £3.50 plus VAT would be levied.
Payment is easy and secure using our secure online method. Just follow the instructions on your screen. Using this method, you can pay with debit or credit cards. If you prefer to pay directly, then speak to us and we can take your order and send a pro-forma for payment. We do not offer credit accounts; all goods must be paid for before dispatch. We now accept PayPal, however we do not take the delivery address from PayPal. The address used is the address you place on our website, please ensure this is correct to avoid any extra delivery charges.
Return of goods
We recommend that you obtain a sample from us before placing a large wholesale order, so you can be assured of the quality of our products. This protects both you and us from unnecessary returns. We will however accept returns and provide a full refund of the goods value provided these are returned within 14 days. Please ensure that you package the products securely so that no damage occurs on their return. If the products return back damaged we regret we would be unable to issue a refund for the damaged goods. If you have any problem with an order, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Unless the goods are faulty, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you find that your items have been damaged in transit, we require photographic evidence before replacements can be sent, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures, the amount damaged and your order number.
All dimensions stated on our website are internal measurements and are accurate at the time of measuring. Some slight variations will occur.
