Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is Tiny Box Company Ltd [company no. 6350135] whose registered office is at Tiny Box Company Ltd., Units 1 & 2, Bluebell Business Estate, Sheffield Park, Danehill, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 3HQ.
- There is only one prize draw taking place. The prize draw will take place on 12/04/19.
- There is one prize of £100 in cash which is to be transferred into the winner’s bank account.
- In the event that the winner resides outside the UK, prize money will be transferred to the winner’s bank account in an equivalent amount. This will be according to the exchange rate at that time.
- The information that you give us in this survey will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
- The prize winners will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
- The prize winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the prize draw. If we cannot contact the winner then we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.
- The prize will be transferred to the winner’s bank account within 14 days of notification of winning.
- The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except anyone connected with the drawing of the prize draw.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Where a survey is filled in multiple times by the same person, only one entry will be included in the prize draw.
- Closing date for entry will be 11/04/19. After this date the no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for prize draw entries not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered.
