Build the Birthday Box Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter

The promoter is The Tiny Box Company Limited, trading as Tiny Box Company, company number 06350135, of Units 1 & 2, Bluebell Business Estate, Sheffield Park, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 3HQ (“the Promoter”).

This giveaway runs exclusively through the official Tiny Box Company Instagram account, @tinyboxcompany.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to United Kingdom residents, including Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. An Instagram account and internet access are required.

3. Opening and closing dates

The giveaway opens when the first participating Build the Birthday Box post is published on Monday 26 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 2 November 2026.

All times are UK local time. Entries received after the closing time will not count.

Individual Story polls are available only while the relevant poll is open. Comments on participating giveaway posts may be submitted until the overall closing time.

4. How to enter

To enter, you must:

• Follow @tinyboxcompany on Instagram.
• Like a participating Build the Birthday Box giveaway post.
• Leave a comment on that post choosing your preferred item from the options shown.

One qualifying comment per person per participating post counts as one entry. You may earn additional entries by liking and commenting on other participating giveaway posts.

Multiple comments on the same post do not earn additional entries. Following the account or liking a post does not earn a separate entry.

Only posts explicitly identified as participating in the Build the Birthday Box giveaway qualify.

5. Bonus Story entries

You may earn one additional entry for each participating Build the Birthday Box Story poll you vote in.

Story votes count only if you also follow @tinyboxcompany and have submitted at least one qualifying comment entry under section 4 before the giveaway closes.

You may vote before or after submitting your qualifying comment. You do not need to comment on every participating post for your bonus Story votes to count.

One vote per person per participating poll counts as one bonus entry. Story votes alone do not qualify you for the giveaway.

6. Entry conditions

Entries must be made personally. Automated entries, entries made by third parties on someone else’s behalf, and the use of multiple accounts to exceed the entry limits are not permitted.

The Promoter may exclude entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or a breach of these terms.

Entrants must be following @tinyboxcompany when the giveaway closes and remain following until the winner’s eligibility has been checked.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, UK residency and compliance with the entry requirements.

7. The prize

There is one prize bundle for one winner, containing:

• One magnetic gift box in Tiny Box Company’s size 22.
• One 1kg box of paper filler.
• One full reel of ribbon or twine, with the product type determined by the community votes.
• One pack of 50 note cards.
• Four boxes from the Kraft Essentials jewellery collection: one earring box, one small earring box, one thin bangle box and one medium multipurpose box.

The magnetic gift box colour will be determined by the community votes. The winner may choose the colours of the filler, ribbon or twine, note cards and jewellery boxes from the available options offered for each product.

Free delivery to one UK address is included. The winner will not need to pay to claim or receive the prize.

Jewellery, photographic props and other items shown in campaign images are not included unless expressly listed above.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. If an item becomes unavailable because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value will be supplied.

8. Winner selection

One winner will be selected on Tuesday 3 November 2026 from all valid comment entries and qualifying bonus Story entries combined.

The draw will use a verifiably random computer process or take place under the supervision of an independent person.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. Your choice in a comment or poll does not affect your entry’s chance of winning, and you do not need to choose the most popular option.

9. Winner notification and claiming the prize

The selected winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @tinyboxcompany on Tuesday 3 November 2026.

A winner announcement is also planned for that date, subject to eligibility checks and the privacy provisions below.

The winner must respond within seven days of the initial notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility, confirm product colour choices and arrange delivery.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, including a follow-up message where possible. If the selected winner does not respond within seven days, is ineligible or declines the prize, the Promoter may draw a replacement winner using the same random process.

Tiny Box Company will never ask for payment or bank card details to claim this prize.

10. Prize delivery

The prize will be delivered within 30 days of the giveaway closing date.

The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate UK delivery address.

11. Personal information and winner details

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, record and verify entries, contact the winner and arrange delivery. Relevant information may be shared with service providers assisting with these activities, including the delivery provider.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Tiny Box Company Privacy Policy.

Entering the giveaway does not subscribe you to email or SMS marketing.

Information confirming that a valid award took place, ordinarily the winner’s surname and county, will be available on request to the Promoter at the address in section 1 for three months after the draw.

Entrants may object to publication or request that less information is shared by contacting @tinyboxcompany by direct message or writing to the Promoter. The Promoter will respect such requests but may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

12. Fair administration

The Promoter will administer the giveaway fairly and in accordance with these terms.

Changes will only be made in exceptional circumstances and will be communicated clearly. The closing date will only change where unavoidable circumstances outside the Promoter’s control make this necessary and the change meets the requirements of the CAP Code, including protecting those who entered under the original terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects entrants’ statutory rights.

13. Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

Entrants provide their giveaway information to the Promoter. By entering, entrants release Instagram from liability relating to the administration of this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
