• Spend thresholds are based on the qualifying product subtotal before the Flash Sale discount is applied, excluding shipping costs and VAT.
• End-of-line items and products with SKUs starting with DD are excluded from the qualifying spend thresholds. Their value will not count towards the £100, £200 or £350 minimum spend required for the higher discount tiers.
• Only one discount tier applies per order. Discount tiers cannot be added together or stacked.
• The offer includes eligible plain stock and branded items ordered online.
• Discounts do not apply to shipping costs or VAT.
• Clearance, end-of-line and limited edition range items are excluded from the Flash Sale tiered discount.
• Products with SKUs starting with DD are excluded from the Flash Sale tiered discount.
• Each customer can use the Flash Sale tiered discount offer on a maximum of three orders during the Flash Sale period.
• The qualifying spend threshold must be met on each individual order. Separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for a higher discount tier.

• Flash Sale discounts cannot be stacked or combined with other discount codes, promotional discounts or Tiny Points redemption.
• Standard Tiny Points earning rules apply. Double Tiny Points are not included in this offer.
• Offers apply to in-stock items only. Discounts cannot be added to backorders unless the out-of-stock items are placed on the same order as in-stock items.
• Flash Sale discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed or pending orders, including orders placed earlier in the Black Friday promotion.
• For business purchases, clearance, end-of-line and limited edition range items are non-refundable and non-returnable for change of mind.
