Will I see a proof before I get my print order?
What if I don't have a logo?
What if I have a logo but it's not in the format needed for printing?
We offer 2 versions for every mock-up you receive for free (Initial mock-up + 1 amend). Any amends thereafter to the same product would have a chargeable fee of £5 per mock-up. Please be vigilant and ask any questions prior to proceeding to mock-up stage. If you wish to see, for example, 5 colours on 1 product, our artworker can include these within the same mockup as a rough guide, which would count as one mock-up, not 5. (This is only applicable for the initial mockup, not the amend). Example; If you are looking to have 5 products printed, you will be offered 2 mockups per products (maximum of 10) for free. Should you wish to see further mock-ups after your initial artwork and amendment has been made, you will then be reminded of the further charges and will need to settle the payment before any further artwork commences.
What if I don't have a logo?
We have an in-house design team who can work with you to create what you're looking for and make it print-ready. We charge £20 per half an hour for design work, but once created, all files will be sent to you for future use. Simply email, call or use our consultation service to book in a branding consultation.
What if I have a logo but it's not in the format needed for printing?
For foil printing we require vector artwork in ai or pdf format, for digital printing items we accept logos in jpg, pdf, ai and psd. If your logo is in a high quality file, solid lines and you have the font files to your design, then recreation should be very simple and we're unlikely to charge you anything for it. If, however it was created in a low res format and you don't have the original files, then recreating it may be harder and it will be harder to get exact to your original so we may have to discuss recreation.
