Will I see a proof before I get my print order?
Each product mock-up you receive includes two free versions: the initial mock-up and one amendment. Additional amendments on the same product will have a fee of £5 per mock-up. Please review your requirements carefully and reach out with any questions before we begin the mock-up process.
If you’d like to view multiple colour options (e.g., five colours on a single product), our artworker can include these in a single mock-up as a rough guide, which counts as one mock-up, not five. This option applies only to the initial mock-up, not to any amendments.
What if I have a logo but it’s not in the correct format for printing?
For foil printing, we need vector artwork in .ai or .pdf format. If your logo is high-quality, with solid lines and font files included, it should be simple to recreate and we may be able to do it at no cost. However, if the logo is low-resolution and you don’t have the original files, recreating it might be more complex, and we’ll discuss any additional fees based on the work required to match your original design accurately.
Example: For five products, you are entitled to two free mock-ups per product (a maximum of 10 mock-ups). Should you need further mock-ups beyond the initial artwork and one amendment, any additional requests will require a £5 fee per mock-up, payable before work continues.
