Available in lengths of 20m, this 100% biobased black ribbon is made from eucalyptus and spruce trees, making it a sustainable and eco-friendly choice. It's also incredibly strong and durable, so you can use it over and over again, it's able to be machine washed, plus it's available in four different colours so you can find the perfect shade to match your project or brand. In addition to reducing the demand for fresh materials, this closed-loop system also filters out and captures any solvent not used in production and reused. This ribbon can be ironed but unfortunately this fabric is unable to be tumble dried.

Being sold in single rolls means that you can store what you don't use and keep a good stock of your packaging and craft materials, and that you save on postage costs.

Tencel ribbon is a wonderful alternative to satin ribbon. Unlike satin ribbon, Tencel is made using a closed loop process, using natural eucalyptus and spruce fibres as well as recycled clothing to produce a soft, strong fabric which is completely biodegradable and can even be recycled back into Tencel fabric. Colour is added to this Tencel ribbon using a special Dope Dying process where the fibres are coloured at the point of manufacture rather than after the fact to ensure a deeply embedded, long lasting rich colour.
